BIOTECH USA SPONGE CAKE BAKING MIX (500G)
Gluten and lactose free baking mix with added fiber and hydrolyzed protein, rice flour, oatmeal and erythritol.
BioTechUSA Sponge Cake Baking Mix is a gluten and lactose free flour mix that you can use to quickly make sponge cake at home. The basic ingredients of the baking mix are rice flour and oatmeal, the fiber content of which we have further increased by adding bamboo fibers.
The baking mix contains hydrolysed protein as a protein additive. Eritrite was used to achieve the pleasantly sweet taste, so it is not only lactose and gluten-free, but also contains no added sugar.

PREPARATION
Ingredients for the preparation: 200 g of flour mixture, 50 ml of water, 3 eggs, a pinch of salt
Separate the 3 eggs, beat the egg whites mechanically or by hand after adding a pinch of salt until stiff, mix the yolk thoroughly with 50 ml water. Mix the egg white with half of the flour mixture, then carefully stir in half of the beaten egg white, do not break the foam. Then add the remaining half of the flour mixture and finally stir in the rest of the egg whites. Place the prepared dough in a 20 cm diameter cake tin lined with baking paper or in a silicone mold and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (in a convection oven preheated to 150°C) for about 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
