Thanks to high-quality protein, good fats and long-chain carbohydrates, they optimally supply the body with macronutrients and keep you full for hours. Our Flavored Instant Oats consist of very finely ground OAT KING® wholegrain oats and are perfect for making shakes, smoothies and baked goods such as pancakes and waffles.

RECOMMENDED USE, PREPARATION

It can be prepared with water or milk. Stir 30 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) of Oat King oat whole grain powder into 300 ml of liquid. The preparation in the mixer or shaker is ideal. Depending on your needs, you can consume several servings daily. Mixing in with dishes is also possible.
