WHAT IS THIS PRODUCT FOR?
Protein concentrates are low in fat and carbohydrates, so they can be used with any diet. Multi-component proteins are a combination of quickly available proteins (whey protein concentrate / isolate) and slowly usable protein (casein / milk protein). The high proportion of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) can protect the muscles and promote regeneration. Multi-component proteins are particularly suitable as meal replacements or for protein supply before going to bed. In addition, it saturates very well in the context of a weight-reduced diet.

WHAT DOES THE CLEAN SHAKE INCLUDE?
In addition to whey protein + casein, as the main protein supplier, various cereal components from oats, barley and spelled are included, as well as vitamins, omega-3 and MCT fats and the fiber inulin. The main carbohydrate component of the powder is oatmeal. The whey protein is composed of concentrate and isolate, slowly digestible calcium caseinate rounds off the protein profile. Overall, carbohydrates and protein are each equally represented in the powder with about 34% each. Sugar is only contained in small amounts, in 100g powder there are only 2g. Is sweetened with sweetener. The CLEAN Shake Diet Shake also contains the important omega-3 and MCT oils, provides a valuable fiber with inulin and important B vitamins, vitamins C and E.
HOW IS THE CLEAN SHAKE DIET SHAKE USED?
The powder can be mixed with water, milk or vegetable milk alternatives (almond milk, oat milk or the like) in a shaker and results in a delicious, filling and creamy shake. He has about 215 kcal mixed with water and 400 kcal mixed with milk.
The shake can be used as a meal replacement, e.g. if it has to be quick before training and there is no time for a proper meal. It can also be used as a snack that enriches the normal diet when an excess of calories is needed to build muscle
RECOMMENDATION
Mix 60g powder (2 scoops = 1 serving) with 300ml water or 400ml milk in a shaker. 1 shake daily (more if necessary), ideally for breakfast, as a snack or as a meal.
