RECOMMENDED USE
Mix 25g powder (1 measuring spoon = 1 serving) with 300ml milk or 250ml water in a shaker. Drink 1 shake daily (more if necessary), preferably with breakfast, as a snack, immediately after training or immediately before going to bed.
