Directions for use:

The best way to mix Advanced Mass® is in a blender. The serving size is a whopper (as you`d expect with all that nutrition) so you need to add 2 scoops to 500-600ml fo water and blend. Then add the third scoop to the mix and blend again. You can shake it in a PhD shaker with the same fill levels, but it`s tougher and may get a bit messy and you don`t want to lose any gains by spilling powder on the bench or floor.
