Mix 30g of Scitec Nutrition Maltodextrin powder with 250ml of water. You can also use a shaker to prepare it. Drink 1 to 2 servings daily with or between meals. Maltodextrin is ideal before, during or after exercise. We recommend taking 1-2 servings of Scitec Nutrition Maltodextrin daily.
