Our Protein Brownies are a tasty cake variation that is easy to prepare, with a high protein content, making it ideal for people with an active lifestyle to help meet part of their protein needs. You can easily make a tasty brownie that is high in fiber (from oats) and low in sugar with good nutritional values! One serving of Protein Brownie provides half the fiber content recommended by nutritionists.
Protein Brownie contains several complete sources of protein: whey protein and egg white. They support the body with all the necessary types of amino acids, including the 9 essential ones.
CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
Preheat the oven. Mix one portion of powder (125g) with 150ml of water in a mixing bowl until smooth. Beat it vigorously with a spoon or whisk. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet. Depending on your oven, it will take 15-20 minutes over medium heat (180-200°C). Test to see if the brownies are done with a needle before you finish baking. Wait for them to cool and enjoy!
