INGREDIENTS FOR THE EXAMPLE OF VANILLA COOKIES
Protein blend (92.6%) (soy protein isolate, flaxseed flour, sunflower protein, pea protein isolate, hemp seed protein, field bean protein, rice protein, pumpkin seed flour), flavor, thickener guar gum, sweetener (sucralose, steviol glycosides), L-tryptophan.
PREPARATION
Put 30 g powder (2 heaped measuring spoons) with 400 ml liquid, e.g. water or a plant drink of your choice (e.g. oat drink) in a shaker and shake well for about 10 seconds. Your V-PROTEIN 8K shake is already prepared.
You can of course also add the vegan protein to your smoothie, muesli, porridge, etc. and thus increase the protein content. And of course you can also use the protein for cooking and baking.
