With the IronMaxx® Whey Shake you get a high quality, water-soluble protein drink with high biological value. The whey shake formula contains all essential and non-essential amino acids (including BCAAs and EAAs).
WHEY SHAKE TO BE MADE WITH WATER
In contrast to conventional whey protein shakes, this protein shake does not require milk. It is easily prepared with water.
RECOMMENDED USE
Put 50g powder (approx. 4 heaping tablespoons) and 250ml cold water in the blender jar and shake for 20 seconds. Drink 1 - 2 servings daily to achieve the stated positive effect. It is recommended to consume it before exercise or competition, immediately after training and before going to bed.
