Citrulline Malate has been shown to improve muscle performance by increasing aerobic energy production and delaying fatigue. Citrulline Malate reduces lactic acid and ammonia build-up and accelerates muscle recovery by increasing the rate of creatine phosphate and ATP resynthesis.
