Selenium (total) 82.5 µg
of which from sodium selenite 60 µg
of which from selenium methionine 22.5 µg
INGREDIENTS
Microcrystalline cellulose, selenomethionine, potassium iodide, sodium selenite.
RECOMMENDED USE
Take 1 tablet daily with plenty of liquid (300 ml water), preferably between meals.
NOTE
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. There may be a slight laxative effect. The product must be stored out of the reach of small children!
