NUTRITIONAL FACTS PER 1 CAPSULE PER DAY
Zinc: 10mg
Magnesium: 150mg
Vitamin B6: 3.5mg
RECOMMENDATION
1/2 capsule daily, 30-60 minutes before sleep. According to Swiss food law, the maximum value for zinc is 5.3mg per day. This regulation comes into force on 1.1.22.
