Preparing Clever Pasta is basically child’s play, but here are 2-3 tips you should keep in mind so that nothing goes wrong. Clever Pasta, like regular pasta, is put in lightly salted and boiling water.
Tip 1: As soon as the water boils, be sure to turn it down to medium so that the water bubbles slightly. The reason: Clever Pasta contains a lot of protein and foams as soon as it is overcooked. Occasional stirring helps.
Tip 2: Be sure to cook for exactly 4 minutes. Anyone who cooks Clever Pasta for longer runs the risk that the strength and stability of the pasta will suffer.
Tip 3: Clever Pasta is ready in no time. Unfortunately, the pasta loses the water very quickly and dries out quickly. Therefore please always add a little more sauce or oil.
