INGREDIENTS
Whole grain oat powder, whey protein concentrate, micellar casein, quark powder (wheat flour, starch, skimmed quark powder, acidifier diphosphates, wheat starch, raising agent sodium carbonate, emulsifiers E472e & E481, salt, dextrose, thickener guar gum & xanthan egg, wheat protein), flavoring Omega-3 concentrate powder (from flaxseed), color beta-carotene, sweetener sucralose
PREPARATION
Pour 125 ml of water into a mixing bowl, add 50 g (4 measuring spoons) of the powder mixture and stir with a whisk to form a smooth batter. Pour into a non-stick pan and bake on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. One preparation makes two pancakes.
