Our unique blend includes different types of sugars such as dextrose, fructose, maltodextrin and sucrose. By using different carbohydrate sources, absorption in the small intestine is optimized. Scientific evidence shows that a combination of different carbohydrates with different carrier systems enables increased absorption, which leads to increased carbohydrate oxidation and improves performance during exercise (1.5-1.7 g/min compared to approx. 1-1, 2 g/min with exogenously supplied glucose).

RECOMMENDED CONSUMPTION
