SUGGESTED USE
Option 1: Mix 1 scoop of 30g with 100-150ml of boiling water. Stir well and leave for 1-2 minutes. Eat and enjoy.
Option 2: Mix 1 scoop of 30g with 100/150ml of cold water or milk and stir well. Place into a microwave for 2 minutes. Stir again and enjoy.
