PREPARATION

Shake 50 g powder (2 measuring spoons) with 100 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) or water in a shaker. Let rest for a few seconds. Fry the mixture with a little oil in a hot pan. Microwave: Heat the mixture on a microwave at 800 watts for approx. 1.5 minutes. 1 serving is equivalent to 2 pancakes.
