Pumpkin seeds are the perfect snack: they contain a lot of protein, lots of vitamin E and lots of valuable fats. But the most important thing is that these seeds are simply incredibly delicious. That`s why we simply dedicated our own pasta to the little power packs, which combines the great properties and the mild nutty aroma of the pumpkin seeds with our chickpea pasta. Simply delicious!
Like all our pasta varieties, the pumpkin seed pasta made from chickpeas is gluten-free and vegan, it contains 37% less carbohydrates than conventional pasta made from durum wheat semolina and 1.7x more protein.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
It is very easy to prepare Clever Pasta, but here are 2-3 tips you should keep in mind so that nothing goes wrong. Clever Pasta, like regular pasta, is put in lightly salted and boiling water.
Tip 1: As soon as the water boils, be sure to turn it down to medium so that the water bubbles slightly. The reason: Clever Pasta contains a lot of protein and foams as soon as it is overcooked. Occasional stirring helps.
Tip 2: Be sure to cook for exactly 4 minutes. Anyone who cooks Clever Pasta for longer runs the risk that the strength and stability of the pasta will suffer.
Tip 3: Clever Pasta is ready in no time. Unfortunately, the pasta loses the water very quickly and dries out quickly. Therefore please always add a little more sauce or oil.
