PREPARATION
Pour 145 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) into a shaker. Then add 45 g of baking mix (1 1/2 level measuring spoons, inside). To prepare without a shaker, first place the baking mixture in a bowl. Then add the milk. Mix the mixture vigorously in the shaker or bowl. Then fry the dough with a little oil or an oil spray in a pan or waffle iron until golden brown.
Tip: You can flavor and sweeten the baking mix as desired with your favorite flavoring powders. Start with a dosage of 1.5 g of flavor powder.
