It goes through manufacturing processes that make it a very pure and high-quality protein, very low in lactose and easily digestible, rich in protein (usually over 90%) and with an extensive amino acid profile. Its fat and carbohydrate content is very low, which makes isolate powder a perfect companion for any diet and definition.
