Protein Wrap from More Nutrition is an ideal companion for your protein-rich diet or during your diet. The wraps are quick and easy to prepare, contain 8 g protein per wrap (40 g) and 33% less carbohydrates than classic wheat tortillas. So you can finally enjoy wraps again without a guilty conscience!

PREPARATION
There are three ways of preparing it: 1) Microwave: Heat at 600 watts for 30 seconds. Tip: If you like your wrap to be extra soft, add a drop of water to the dough before heating. 2) Pan: Heat the wrap in a hot pan for 10 to 30 seconds on each side until desired browning is achieved. 3) Oven: You can also use your wrap as a pizza crust. Cover it and then let your wrap pizza bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Of course there are no limits to your creativity in use and preparation.
