Hydrolyzed whey protein is one of the most popular sources of protein among athletes. Whey protein concentrates and isolates have different degrees of processing. In the hydrolyzed isolates used in our product, however, the protein is "pre-digested" by hydrolysis into shorter amino acid chains so that these can be more easily absorbed by the metabolism.
