Cyclic Dextrin is a pure highly branched cyclic dextrin, perfectly soluble and an effective source of energy before, during or after training. Cluster dextrin is absorbed faster than other carbohydrate sources and is very well tolerated.
Carbohydrates are involved in restoring normal muscle function (contraction) after very intense and/or prolonged physical activity that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of skeletal muscle glycogen stores. The beneficial effect can be achieved by consuming carbohydrates from any source in a ratio of 4g/kg body mass, within the first 4 but no later than 6 hours after high-intensity and/or long-lasting activities that cause muscle fatigue and exhaustion glycogen storage of the skeletal muscles leading body movement should be taken in several portions.
