Mixed with low-fat milk (1.5% fat), the delicious shake delivers over 800 kcal, with an unbelievable 48 g protein per serving (chocolate taste). The optimized recipe contains only complex, high-quality carbohydrates and a 3-component protein mixture of milk protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and egg protein. The high protein content helps build muscles, while the 3 g creatine it contains increases physical performance during intensive strength training.
