Total Protein by More Nutrition is a protein powder made from whey protein and casein protein. The ideal mixture of the two forms of protein represents an extremely high-quality source of protein that is superior to an isolated dose: whey, which stimulates muscle protein synthesis particularly strongly, and casein, which inhibits muscle breakdown, because proteins contribute to the maintenance and increase of muscle mass.

CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
Prepare 30g with 300ml of cold water in a blender/shaker. (May vary depending on the variety) It is recommended to consume 1-3 servings per day, e.g. after (or before) training and in the morning after getting up.
Tip: For an even more full-bodied taste, prepare with your choice of milk or plant-based drink (changes the nutritional values). Also perfect as an ingredient for porridge or for baking.
