EASY TO PREPARE
As a delicious dessert, with coffee or simply as a snack in between: brownies are simply the right pastry for every occasion. This is how it`s prepared:
Preparation in the microwave:
1. In a large cereal bowl or other microwave-safe bowl, stir 75g brownie mix with 100ml water vigorously with a whisk (please do not add more water).
2. Smooth out the dough and place the bowl in the microwave.
3. For a liquid core, lava cake, cook brownie dough in the bowl at approx. 600 watts for 3 minutes. For a firmer brownie, cook the dough in the bowl at about 600 watts for about 5 minutes.
4. Let cool and enjoy.
Preparation in the oven:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat
2. In a large bowl, mix 200g brownie mix with 275ml sparkling water vigorously with a whisk (please do not add more water)
3. Pour the dough into a baking pan approx. 24 x 11cm and smooth it out with a dough scraper (or a spoon).
4. Bake the brownie in the preheated oven for about 22 - 25 minutes
5. Allow to cool slightly and enjoy.
