DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Mix one serving (22 g = 1 small measuring spoon = 2 heaping tablespoons) with 250 ml of water. Use a shaker for this. On training days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
