WEIDER® BCAA + L-Glutamine capsules contain 3.6 g of L-glutamine and 3.6 g of the three BCAAs in the proven ratio of 2: 1: 1 (L-leucine: L-isoleucine: L-valine) per serving. While BCAAs are essential amino acids that the human body cannot produce itself, L-glutamine is classified as semi-essential, i.e. that the body`s own synthesis may not be sufficient under certain circumstances (e.g. intense physical stress).
RECOMMENDED USE
Take 6 capsules per day, on training days immediately after training.
